Q: OK, so what the heck is a "Quickpost"?

Our Sponsors sponsor

A: I'm so glad you asked!

A quickpost is an easy way for registered members to "shout out" a quick message to everyone and have it appear right on the home page of this website for all to see. If you are a registered member, you can login and go to your profile page...there you will see the entry form for creating a quickpost right next to your picture. Anything you type there will be posted to your profile page and also the home page when you click the "submit" button.

Your quickposts will "live forever" on your profile page, but only the latest 10 quickposts from all members will be shown on the home page. Kind of like "tweeting" but, you know...for bonsai!

Now the point is to use this feature of the website for the benefit of everyone. And only registered members can create a quickpost. Therefore the posts are *very public* and never anonymous. So hopefully we wont have to remind anyone to mind their manners. Keep in mind this is the Bonsai Society of South Jersey...you don't want to mess with these people, most of them have knob cutters and know how to use them...

So, create a quickpost and let everyone know what's on your mind!!!

I am 32 years old from mercer County area of nj. frustrated with the lack of clubs in this area. Found South Jersey Bonsai site and here I am. I recently got into the art of Bonsai and have many trees pre-bonsai and in Bonsai pots being slowly worked on.
